was founded in 2018 with the view to providing a fresh approach to the
consulting engineering sphere.
Our integrated approach ensures that every project is managed in a structured manner across all of the disciplines from inception to close-out. We pride ourselves in service excellence, clearly evident through our stringent quality control procedures that become apparent during design and more so during project implementation.

Althaaf Ibrahim
PrEng, BScEng, mSAICE
Executive Director | Engineering Operations
Althaaf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kwazulu-Natal and has more than 14 years of post-graduate experience in engineering. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineer and a member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineers (SAICE). He is also a registered professional with the National Homebuilders Regulatory Council (NHBRC). In addition, he is a technical committee member of two parastatal organizations within SA, where he fulfills the role of Technical Expert in civil and structural engineering, reviewing proposals and innovative products. Althaaf also sits on the ECSA panel of professional reviewers and assessors for the fields of Civil and Structural Engineering.
Althaaf is also the
Executive Director of ATI Africa Capital, a solutions-based property
development and facilities management company operating within Sub-Saharan
Africa. He also fulfills the role of Non-Executive Director of the Umhlanga
Ridge Management Association in Umhlanga, Durban.
Althaaf has been involved as project director and technical lead on many prestigious projects within South Africa and Internationally. He has gained experience in multi-national companies and locally owned firms in South Africa and still maintains strong links with them.
He continues to
lead and provide technical input to many ongoing projects across engineering
disciplines within the firm.
Thameez Ibrahim
Executive Director – Development
Thameez has gained a wealth of knowledge in finance, project management and property development.
Thameez is a seasoned project manager and development executive that leads the project management and development operations of ATI Africa. Among Thameez’s portfolio of flagship projects is a 4 story ultra-luxury apartment block located in Musgrave, Durban. Thameez has just completed another landmark 8-unit development in Durban that is set to satisfy the ever-growing need for ultra-modern luxury accommodation in Durban.
He is also the Executive Director of ATI Africa Capital, a solutions-based property development and facilities management company operating within Sub-Saharan Africa.
